You're talking about how goku said something like "someone else other than buu or me might win the tournament". I was thinking the same thing. But even if EOZ goku=buu saga ssj3 goku, then good buu isn't a challenge for goku. So it doesn't make sense for goku to have mentioned buu does it?

He did say he wanted them to go first, but he wanted to fight at full stamina, in other words he wanted them both to be fresh for the fight. But it isn't necessary for Goku to have been using 100% of his Beyond God power, lol.
